Today was my first appointment with Dr. Geria, and it was a very positive experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns. His bedside manner is top-notch—calm, kind, and reassuring. I’ve seen other dermatologists in the past who either pushed products or procedures or didn’t take my concerns seriously. Dr. Geria was the complete opposite. He answered all of my questions patiently and thoughtfully. I wish I had found him sooner.

What an incredible experience. From the front end team, Ashika, her assistants and everything/everyone in between. Brought my 1 year old in for a face rash that’s been going on for a while. Ashika took so much time to examine my girl and really figure out what’s going on. She listened to all my concerns and never once made me feel rushed. She went over everything in extreme detail. My 1 year old is in her “stranger danger” phase and as soon as Ashika and her assistants walked in, it was like my daughter has known them her whole life. That really means a lot. Dr. Geria even took the time to come in and take a peek at my daughter to give his input as well which was very kind. I know we are in great hands here! Highly recommend this office!

I said leaving the office. “The doctor is very nice”. I mean she gave my son quality of time and she was really concerned and involved on my son symptoms and treatment. I did not wait too long to see the doctor.

Professional office/website/staff

Dr Geria was Knowledgeable, professional looking to find better solutions! First recommended LaseMD Ultra which seems to be very good after my first session! Now 3rd session you can really see a difference! Must say they have the latest technology with excellent staff. Ava has a very good disposition about her and what is best for the client along with an upbeat approach. I highly recommend her! I see significant improvements after each procedure. Tk you for being extremely polite/ superb polished. Love her work very much! Today RF Genius not red at all no pain no swelling at all. I think Lower levels doesn’t work with me as I can tolerate pain. I’ve said this to Ava on LaseMD. Waiting for so long with cream isn’t needed it’s the finish result I’m looking for! Others have told me they started much much higher frequency causing more effect. I want more as I can tolerate. I felt nothing no discomfort or anything at times. I was told it would be much stronger and very effective with some discomfort = possible pain along with treatment. That’s what I want to feel the mechanism working. Especially for that amount of money. Otherwise Ava did very good work! Melissa the Mng she’s superb personable with charm. Ava gets better and better brilliant work! Tk you Alex
