Ugh this place felt sooop clean and relaxing by just entering it. the doctor actually listened to my concerns and answered them with honesty even when he wasnt too sure about it , he called his pa that backed his answers right up (: (mind you im a new patient and i’ve had issues with past derm’s with lack of communication & misinformation so this was a huuuge difference. plus their bathrooms are SO clean so that’s how i know the location in verona takes good care of their patients)
